Drawn x Lucie Ailsa | Artist Edit collaboration SS24
A year in the making, the Lucie Ailsa x Shop Drawn Artist Edit is now live !
As part of their on-going Artist collaborations, I was asked last year by the Founder Rhea if I'd like to work together on one of their collections. Having seen some of their previous Artists (the supremely talented cecilia_carlstedt being one) I jumped at the chance and was honestly one of the most enjoyable projects I've ever worked on.
This collection for Drawn centers around the warmth of summer and this sense of spontaneity and vibrancy that comes with this season. The Indigo Garden print takes inspiration from natures' colours, gold skies and gardens in full bloom - it's such an uplifting time of year I really focused on this joyful sense in the changing season. Bold Florals in rich jewel tones, created with thick expressive paint marks radiate feelings of festivity and celebration.
