For all uk orders we aim to deliver all goods within 5-10 working days from the order date. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched with the courier, orders cannot be cancelled. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur.

For European orders we aim to deliver all goods within 10-15 working days from the order date. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched with the courier, orders cannot be cancelled. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur.

For International orders we aim to deliver all goods within 25 working days from the order date. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched with the courier, orders cannot be cancelled. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please notify us as soon as possible at lucie@lucieailsasutton.com including your order ID. Goods MUST be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items.

Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility, we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
