Lucie Ailsa x Jo Malone
To celebrate the launch of Jo Malone London's English Pear and Freesia fragrance at their Regent Street store in London, I was asked to create a series of collages inspired by the upcoming campaign fronted by their new brand ambassador Adwoa Aboah.
Made using a mix of collage and drawing techniques each one includes references to the perfumes key botanical notes such as freesia, King William pear, rose, patchouli and orange blossom.
I created 4 artworks in total which showcase these beautiful natural ingredients in an abstract composition to bring a sense of harmony and highlight the delicate shapes of the plants and flowers used to create their signature scent.
There will be a series of collage workshops in the Jo Malone Regent Street store in September 2023.
